I also have a feeling that Vijayakanth will lean towards BJP in teh center, as lots of biz guys are supporting it, and money flow is very key in this world. If UPA+ combine can spend Rs 1000 crores in Tamilnadu + Pondi alone, imagine the money needed for India. (In effect, 2000 crores of black money would have come into Tamilnadu, and stimulated the economy!). Don't you think so?

Also //துணை-இணை-கூடுதல் கமிஷனர்கள், டி.எஸ்.பி, எஸ்.பி, கமிஷனர்// are at the same level and varies on the dept. they are associated with. That is what my dad told me. He retired as SP. Also handled the Traffic Police Training Centre as its "Commissioner" for sometime!
